Strategic B-BBEE Specialist and Industrial Psychologist
Corlia, a dedicated professional with a BComm Honours in Industrial Psychology, boasts nine years of experience as a consultant. Her expertise spans various industries, including Retail, Manufacturing, and Finance. Known for her strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, she excels in adding value to stakeholder engagements.
Corlia’s unique perspective defines value as a combination of factors, not a singular attribute. Currently, she serves as a Strategic B-BBEE Specialist and Industrial Psychologist at Unframed, leveraging her skills for impactful results.
Karin Van Wijk
Industrial Psychologist and Business Coach
Karin holds an MComm Psychology and is a registered Organisational and Industrial Psychologist with over 8 years of experience. Specializing in talent management and leadership development, she has worked across Africa in diverse industries. Karin is passionate about unleashing potential and applies coaching and neuroscience principles in her work.
Her strategic approach boosts business performance while fostering employee engagement. Outside work, she volunteers and serves as Chairlady at TLC Outreach Projects in Cape Town.
Akhona Gajula
B-BBB Projects Support and Administration
Akhona, a motivated team player, recently joined Un-Framed to manage B-BBEE projects support and administration. With experience as a trainer and facilitator, he prioritizes efficiency and quality in his work. Akhona’s pursuit of project management and ICT studies reflects his commitment to uplifting disadvantaged communities through functional spaces.

Marne brings over 18 years of expertise in human resources, having served in roles such as Executive Assistant, HR Manager, and Head of HR. She has a proven track record of building HR departments from the ground up across the finance, insurance, and hospitality sectors.
A former member of exco teams and board committees, Marne’s focus has been on remuneration, ethics, and employment equity. With a passion for driving effectiveness, she specialises in developing policies, standard operating procedures, talent acquisition, and employment equity strategies.
