The Experience

Your team has fun whilst solving intricate and unique problems and trying to escape, while one of our behavioral analysts observe behaviour that promotes or hinders performance. The observations take place in the control room that has technology with high quality footage.

After the game is completed, our behavioral analysts will debrief the team on the insights noted in an interactive session where team members share their experience, and our behavioural analyst engages in discussions about the team’s behaviour and the impact it has in the workplace.

Our team of behavioral analysts has a strong background in psychometric assessments, behavioural analytics and team development. Observing teams in a fun and informal setting is perfect for identifying typical behaviour that can be observed in the workplace.
